We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 1–2 business days
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather or Royal Mail delays).
🔍 Order Tracking
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
📮 Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
❌ Missed Deliveries or Lost Parcels
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they may leave a collection card or attempt redelivery. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help resolve it.
🛑 Restrictions
- We do not currently offer international shipping
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses
